It is not an easy job. Since 2007 until now I have being develop my training skills. Work with people requires us to know how to deal with difference attitude and personality. Some of them are very ambitious and focus. Some of them are uncertain. Their feedback's are also unlike.
What I had learned for a few years as a trainer ; your audience are the most important during your training. You need to understand and know who your audience are..... Ask a few relevant questions during the ice breaking session. It will help you during your training. As a trainer be yourself....that is the most important thing. Respect others and they will respect you...InsyaALLAH
